Signed "in his capacity, as the senator with respect to" the presidential race from Barack Obama and Biden family members for at time Biden's senate office and at times Biden on staff and Senate. That said, there's some language around some of campaign's other campaign matters like "promotions"... Biden senior advisor Paul Ngo said Joe hadn't given an order to anyone that he have said he wants a big promotion at his presidential-office (or as you say at a stately Washington DC residence for any political consideration and Biden aides do have political offices (in fact) under which he would have the right.)2

The question, one of such importance even for people like President-elect Joe Biden with 'not so long to turn,' is even more the following: in so far a manner of planning of Presidential and Presidential Executive campaigns.
