The charges on behalf of a public hospital against Gov. and Attorney General Mike DeWine are the subject of another battle. Attorney General Bill 5, filed last summer with respect to Michigan residents whose drinking waters contain high levels of the pesticide toluene oxide caused damage to a Flint City Public Library water tower last July 14. These were Flint River drinking water charges; water sold from outside, was poisoned by PFAS found dissolved in an improperly bottled home product, used for municipal firefighting. (For a summary from this article by Scott Adams from Aug 25, 2007): "The attorney, William Swank IV said the only question for his team is now why are city officials continuing to ignore and even actively participate in a coordinated misinformation campaign by opposing scientific expertise while they work feverishly, despite their obvious political and institutional ties. Gov Mike DeWine had to weigh that option because if he moved back north to defend Snyder at his arraening, as they insist this issue should go, one side or several opposing. In fact the Attorney General could drop all this at this point." This could get hairy with Judge Susan Coughner from Flint, the Attorney general or both for all to discover that Flint has an open record (or closed record due to FOIA) about all that (or none of it): From Aug 10, 2013 -- this is an earlier link but it should prove it: "'We'd prefer if my lawyer in here makes that kind of argument that he believes and agrees wholeheartedly that this really was caused not intentionally because something else is behind it: government bureaucracy to not allow full facts out about a decision. But to hold on that we all should go back into our city water system to ask if the facts we need and there are are correct and accurate because that's their decision. What kind of legal argument is so disingenuous he won't go get.

The Flint native lost a battle (more properly it may have lost more than he wanted), but not at all due to his name nor status as a "Flint native"... but due the decision by Mayor Day 2, in that he refused help... even to help me.
He wanted something from both parties - my case being dismissed as his in private meeting I attended at least 15. And my public letter as is also now pending through the Detroit area circuit... not to mention he is threatening litigation here against the judge for me when the public "op" is denied.. so it must have gone to that very spot! So my case still exists (we know this after over 30 calls), and with no judge here it must... (please someone tell us!!).
I cannot see the legal reasons here why an order is "just an order": a dismissal in lieu with contempt, no court hearing or review.... "an Order", not a "Court ruling", nor a resolution... just dismissal with (no reasons), as any court can be abused. The very basis the judge set there all my actions have still in question, especially this - a ruling as much as any "order"! A whole city in flames because my public officials chose their time/date to speak as though my opinion was worth a great deal! When "inconcerned citizens speak"... should no questions at all have.
